Franchise opportunities
Run the business. We will run the software.
A WeMow territory gives you a lawn care business with the booking system, pricing engine, scheduling and payments of a national operator — and none of the overhead of building them.
What you get
The part that usually sinks small operators, handled.
An exclusive territory
Defined by suburbs, postcodes and map boundaries — not a vague radius. Every customer at an address inside it is routed to you automatically.
Scheduling that reflects reality
Capacity is calculated from your crew's rosters, existing jobs, travel time and buffers. Customers only ever see windows you can genuinely fulfil.
Payments into your account
You are the supplier and the money lands with you. Royalty and levy come off as a platform fee at the time of payment, recorded separately for your accounts.
Recurring revenue built in
Customers choose a frequency at booking and the visits generate themselves. Recurring work is the difference between a job and a business.
A crew app that ends disputes
Route for the day, property notes, gate codes, pet warnings, before and after photos, checklists and incident reporting. It works offline and syncs when signal returns.
National brand and standards
Consistent pricing within a band you can adjust locally, a national marketing programme, and quality standards that make the brand worth something in your territory.
Who this suits
We are looking for operators, not investors. The people who do well with this are the ones who would be out mowing on day one and building a crew by month six.
- Existing lawn care operators who are busy but capped by admin
- Tradespeople looking to move into recurring residential work
- People leaving employment who want a business with a system, not a blank page
What we expect
- You service your territory properly, and you turn up when the system says you will
- You price within the national band, so the brand means the same thing everywhere
- You employ or contract your crew correctly, and the platform records which
- You deal with complaints rather than leaving them to the brand
The process
- Enquire, and tell us which area interests you
- An initial conversation about the territory and the numbers
- Disclosure documents and the franchise agreement for your review, with your own lawyer and accountant
- Training, onboarding, and your territory goes live
Nothing on this page is an offer of a franchise. Any territory is granted under a written franchise agreement, and you should take independent legal and financial advice before signing one.
Franchise questions
What does a WeMow franchise cost?
Fees depend on the territory and are set out in the franchise agreement. There is an ongoing royalty and a national marketing levy, both calculated as a percentage of what you invoice. We will walk you through the numbers for a specific territory before anything is signed.
Do I need experience in lawn care?
It helps but it is not essential. What matters more is that you are prepared to do the work properly, turn up when you said you would, and run a real business. Training covers the operational side.
Who owns the customers?
The customer relationship sits with your franchise for your territory. WeMow owns the brand, the platform and the national standards. Territory boundaries and any overflow arrangements are explicit in the agreement rather than informal.
How do I get paid?
Customer payments are made to your own connected merchant account — you are the supplier of the service and you invoice for it. The royalty and marketing levy are taken as a platform fee at the time of the transaction, so there is no monthly reconciliation exercise and no money sitting in a WeMow balance.
Can I employ crew, or use contractors?
Either, and the platform supports both properly. Employees are rostered and assigned work directly. Contractors set their own availability and are offered jobs they can accept or decline. That distinction is built into the software rather than left to how you happen to use it.
